Our Staff
At HLC Care each carer undergoes continuous training that ensures that we deliver the highest quality services to you. This training includes appropriate Health & Safety issues such as Food Hygiene, Lifting & Handling and handling hazardous substances.
All our staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.
Once we understand your specific needs, we will offer a tailored solution. From carers to cleaners, all personnel are carefully selected and CRB checked for your peace of mind.
At HLC Care our workers are appropriately trained before they start work with us. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff.
